Returns and Refunds

    1. Return Policy
      We offer returns on eligible products. You must initiate the request for shipment back or delivery to our store of the items within 7 days of package arrival for a full refund. Please comment within your order or email orders@westpacesace.com to receive acknowledgement of your desire to return items. You will be responsible for return shipping or delivery to our store.

    2. Eligible for Return
      - Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
      - Items must be unopened and have original tags attached
      - Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
      - Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)

    3. Restocking
      A restocking fee of 15% may apply for home decor items. You will be alerted to this on our confirmation regarding the return and it is as your sole discretion whether to continue the return.
    4. Refunds
      Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, even if returned to our store front after being purchased online. Please note that certain conditions may apply, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds in certain cases (e.g., if the product is used or damaged). In very rare circumstances, we also reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
    5. Damages
      If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days at orders@westpacesace.com with a picture of the included receipt and damage in the same picture. We will work to send out a replacement as soon as possible.
