
Shipping
- Once the order is placed, we will process and ship by the end of the next business day
- FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered in shipping instructions, please expect a 3-day delay in outbound shipping and additional delays due to the United States Postal Service.
- You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped
- While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect parcel delivery
- Shipping is available only within the contiguous United States
Lost package?
If your order was marked as delivered but has not shown up, we recommend waiting 24 hours before taking further steps—carriers sometimes scan early.
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
